First Course: Mixed greens, asparagus, vine ripened tomatoes with champagne vinaigrette. Wine: Daisy Creek Triple Play.
Second Course: Tomato Basil Soup with pine nuts
Third Course: Raspberry Sorbet
Fourth Course: Beef Wellington. A fillet of beef tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry dough and served with bordelaise sauce, fingerling potatoes and baby vegetables. A vegetarian entree will also be available. Wine: Facelli 2007 Cabernet Franc.
Fifth Course: Key Lime Pie with whipped cream. Wine: Ghost Hill 2009 Pinot Noir Blanc.
Gourmet coffee service and a glass of local Port.
